Beef

By the Whole Animal or the Cut

Locally raised, grass-fed Black Angus. Nothing shipped in from elsewhere.

Whole Cow

Approximately 400–450 lbs of finished beef. Includes custom cut & wrap.

  • Steaks, roasts, ground beef mix
  • Cut sheet customized to your preference
  • Reserve ahead, limited per season

Half Cow

Approximately 200–225 lbs of finished beef. A good fit for most family freezers.

  • Full mix of cuts, cut & wrapped
  • Deposit required to reserve
